  1. Address Change Authorization - Use this form to change the mailing address on your tax bill. It cannot be used for changing the owner's name.
  2. Agricultural Property Statement - If you are using this form be sure to include the Account No. or Parcel No.
  3. Business Property Statement - If you are using this form be sure to include the Account No. or Parcel No.

  5. Builders Exclusion General Information - Explanation of exclusion.
  6. Builders Exclusion - Excludes new construction from supplemental assessment.
  7. Change of Ownership - This is filed when the Preliminary Change of Ownership Statement was not filed and there is a change of ownership.
  8. Change of Ownership Transfer - The information requested will help our office to determine if property transferred to a trust is exempt from the reappraisal requirements.
  9. Preliminary Change of Ownership Statement - This document must be completed and filed whenever there is a change of ownership. It's usually filled out in escrow and accompanies the deed when recorded.
  10. Death of Real Property Owner - File this document when a change of ownership has occured.
  11. Affidavit Entity Transfer - This document needs to be filed whenever there is a change from entity to corporation or corporation to partnerships in order to identify interest.
  12. Homeowner's Exemption - Exempts $7,000 in assessed value (a $70 per year reduction in taxes) from the principle residence of the eligible homeowner.
  13. Reclamo Para La Exencion De Impuestos Prediales De Los Proprietarios de Casas - Se excluye $7,000 del valor asesado (una reduccion de $70 cada ano) de la residencia principal para las personas elegibles.
  14. Proposition 58 Exemption Application - Parent/Child Exclusion - Allows an exclusion from reappraisal for transfers between parents and children.
  15. Proposition 58 Exemption Application - Grandparent/Grandchild - Allows an exclusion from reappraisal for transfers between grandparents and grandchildren.
  16. Page 2 for Proposition 58 forms - Complete this Page 2 form along with the appropriate form above.
  17. Proposition 60 Exemption Application - Allows persons 55 and older to transfer their base year value to a replacement residence within the County.
