Description: Install paving
fabric and tack oil with 1.5 inch asphalt concrete leveling course and 1.5 inch
asphalt concrete finish course with crown correction.

The existing road surface is multiple thin sections of asphalt with chip
seals. Due to increasing average daily traffic, subgrade failure is beginning to
appear. This roadway is a commuter connection from Fairview Road to State
Highway 156.
