4.             LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 00-404.  REQUEST:  To align property to correspond to agricultural use and provide access to irrigation source.  APPLICANT:  Roger MacWilliamson.  LOCATION:  San Felipe and Fairview Roads.  ZONING:  Agricultural Productive.  ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:  Categorically Exempt.

6.             USE PERMIT NO. 778-99.  REQUEST:  To operate a commercial riding stable on an 11-acre parcel presently developed with a riding arena, corrals, and barns.  APPLICANT:  J.
