4.       TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP 99-66.  REQUEST:  To subdivide a 16.68 acre parcel into 14 one-acre parcels.  OWNER/APPLICANT:  Fernando Gonzalez .  LOCATION:  1951 Santa Ana Road, Hollister.  ZONING:  Rural Residential (RR).  ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: Mitigated Negative Declaration.
