Welcome to the San Benito County Mental Health Service Act (MHSA Prop 63) website. The Mental Health Service Act provides funding to counties to expand and develop innovative, integrated services for children, adults and older adults. California's voters passed the Act in November 2004 as a result of voter support intended to transform public mental health care.
